Life in the crazy lane

My life is full of twists and turns. Nothing is ever the same from day to day. I've often been told to write it down...so here it goes. The good, bad and the crazy!

About Me

Sarah Beth
Hi! I am Sarah Beth. I am a middle-aged woman who realized at 38 that I had lived in a cult my entire life. I might be a slow learner? I am a Mom to 4 kids, I work in a huge ER and I love everything I get to do. Learning life on the "outside" has been very interesting. Imagine being 38 and you've never drank, didn't curse, had never been on a date, had never watched 99% of the shows and movies most people consider "classic." I hadn't had my own bank account, worked a "real" job and my life-view was pretty last-century. I get to learn all of this while trying to raise 4 kids on my own, work a ton of hours, recover from trauma, learn not to say horrifically non-PC things - the list goes on and on. I have a lot of humor, so please be prepared for that. Laughing at trauma is my super-power.
